Where has my user account gone?
In order to make it simpler for readers to access the audio that accompanies their books we have decided to remove the need to create an account or log in to listen to audio.
We will be deleting all user account data apart from newsletter sign ups. If you signed up to receive newsletters by email, you will continue to receive these. If you no longer want to receive newsletters, click on the unsubscribe link contained in each newsletter email.

How do I access the audio for my book?
You can access the audio online through the website. You can also download our free app, which allows you to download the audio so you can learn on the go. All audio is free to use.

Why won’t the audio play?
If you think there is an issue with a track, please contact mailefe@uk.dk.com.

Why can’t I hear the audio?
If you are unable to hear the audio, please make sure you have your computer speakers turned on and up. If you are viewing using a mobile device, please make sure your phone or tablet is not on silent.

Where have the online exercises gone?
English for Everyone is bigger than ever before, with over 2 million people around the world choosing it for English learning success. Necessary improvements to our website have led to the online exercises being discontinued for the foreseeable future. If you have any further questions on this issue, please email mailefe@uk.dk.com.

Which level should I choose?
The course is split into four levels. Level 1 Beginner (CEFR A1) is aimed at learners with little or no experience of English. Level 2 Beginner (CEFR A2) is for people who know the basics, but not much more. Level 3 Intermediate (CEFR B1–Lower B2) is for confident speakers wanting to sound more natural in a wider range of situations. Level 4 Advanced (Upper B2–C1) is for learners with strong English skills who want to learn colloquial English. You could also try taking our Level Finder quiz.

How do I return a book?
We’re sorry to hear that you would like to return one of our books. We apologise for any errors that may have occurred when the book was printed. If you have a faulty book please return it to the store you purchased it from. DK sells its books to bookshops, who in turn have their own returns policies and will be able to advise you.

We won't tell anyone else anything about you. Recommended browsers for viewing the English for Everyone website are Chrome (version 40 and up), Safari (version 5 and up) or Firefox(version 31 and up).

There is version of the English for Everyone app available. We currently do not support Windows mobile devices.
As we are consistently making updates to the app in order to improve your experience, there may sometimes be a newer version available. If you experience difficulties with your app in any way, please first delete the app from your device and download it fresh from the app store to make sure you are using the latest version. If the problem still persists, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
